Method of application :
PVC-U insulating and flame-resisting electric pipes and pipe fittings are jointed with binding agents. Directions for use are as follows:
Cutting of the pipes: Cut the PVC wiring tubes to required lengths, using special scissors or self-provided hacksaws. The cut ends should be flat and smooth. And then chamfer them with the scissors back. Joining of the pipes and pipe fittings: Keep the binding surfaces clean before and after joining. Coat both the outer surface of the insert end and the internal surface of the pipe fittings faucet with adhesive evenly .Insert the pipe fittings with effort and fix them. Don't twist at will. They will be set in 10 minutes.
ending of the pipes: Insert springs of corresponding specification provided by this factory before bending the pipes. When bending a pipe, take precaution to the following points:
(1) Use only the springs of corresponding specification provided by this factory. Never mix up with specifications and types. Otherwise, there will be damage to the springs and the pipes.
(2) Bend slowly, otherwise the pipes and the springs will be damaged.
(3) Before taking out the spring, don't make the bent pipe rebound so as to prevent the spring from being damaged.
(4) When it is not easy to take the spring out, turn the spring anticlockwise while pulling outwards. As the outer diameter of the spring shrinks, it becomes easier to take it out. (5) When the temperature is below zero, you can repeatedly rub the part of pipe to be bent with cloth, so that the pipe will warm up for easy bending. |
